Auch ihr liebt schöne Dinge und das zeigt ihr uns täglich auf Facebook und Instagram in euren Postings. Und da wir Schönes gerne teilen möchten, fragen wir euch manchmal an, ob wir eure Fotos mit unserer sturbock-Community teilen dürfen. Selbstverständlich mit Verweis auf euren Nutzernamen.

Wenn du auf unsere Anfragen mit dem Hashtag #sturbock antwortest, erklärst du dich mit den folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden:

• Du gestattest der Marke sturbock, vertreten durch die ideenhunger media GmbH, jedes markierte Bild mit #sturbock in den Online-Marketing-Kanälen von sturbock zu veröffentlichen (Social Media, Newsletter, Website). Mit dieser Vereinbarung wird eine nicht exklusive, gebührenfreie Lizenz erteilt.
• sturbock wird zu keinem Zeitpunkt Eigentumsrechte auf diese Foto beanspruchen. Die Eigentumsrechte liegen vollständig bei dir – dem Nutzer, der das Foto gepostet hat und ggf. Drittpersonen, die auf dem Foto abgebildet sind.
• Kurz: Die Bildrechte an dem mit dem Hashtag #sturbock markierten Foto liegen voll und ganz bei dir. Mit der Nutzung von #sturbock stellst du zudem sicher, dass auf deinem Foto keine Rechte Dritter verletzt werden und sturbock bei der Verwendung deiner Bilder nicht gegen geltendes Recht verstößt.

Ihr möchtet, dass wir eure Postings künftig schneller finden, um diese mit der sturbock-Community zu teilen? Dann markiert uns künftig in Social Media mit @sturbock oder #sturbock. Wir freuen uns auf viele schöne Dinge von euch!

You also love beautiful things and you show us that on Facebook and Instagram in your postings every day. And because we love to share beautiful things, we sometimes ask you if we can share your photos with our sturbock community. Of course with a reference to your username.

If you reply to our requests with the hashtag #sturbock, you agree to the following terms of use:

• You allow the brand sturbock, represented by ideenhunger media GmbH, to publish any marked image with #sturbock in the online marketing channels of sturbock (social media, newsletter, website). This agreement contains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license.
• At no time sturbock will claim ownership rights to this photo. The property rights remain entirely to the user who posted the photo and, if applicable, third parties pictured on the photo.
• In a nutshell: The rights to the photo marked with the hashtag #sturbock are entirely yours. By using #sturbock you also ensure that no third party rights are infringed on your photo and that sturbock does not violate applicable law when using your pictures.
